Late Mr. Victor Sequeira, Founder

Mr. Victor Sequeira stepped into this business 40 years ago with the intent to tap the immense potential in this segment. After a humble beginning, he became an entrepreneur whose company produces goods locally and sells them globally. Mr. Sequeira was a dedicated businessman who believed that the work is worship philosophy.

Mr. Ryan Sequeira, Director & CEO

Mr. Ryan Sequeira joined the family business to head the sales unit of the company. Using his intelligence and smart thinking he tactfully dealt with the customers to update them about the features of products offered by Victor Enterprises. Currently, he is looking after the sales expansion by utilizing the ecommerce platform in a bid to reach out to the customers directly. He believes that handicraft items produced in homes carve a special place in the market. He believes in work life balance very adamantly follows his principles. He wants to take the company to new heights.

Mr. Shawn Sequeira, General Manager - Operations

Mr. Shawn Sequeira is a management graduate, who joined the family business in 2011 with a focus on taking the business to further heights by improving processes and further refining quality. With his sharp domain knowledge, he streamlined the business operations, which resulted in cost reduction, production efficiency, and resource optimisation. With his efforts, the company also moved towards the integration of turnkey projects. Mr. Shawn also engaged himself in innovation to introduce new products. He did not stop there but went a step ahead to venture into direct exports and imports of raw materials. He adheres to the philosophy of adapting to emerging market trends in order to achieve better business outcomes.

Our Process

Recycled Sequins- We take PVC scrap from companies that is disposed of as waste. The sourced materials are then segregated and crushed into powder in our modern processing unit. The pulverised PVC scrap is then pigmented to turn into the desired colors and shine. The process results in a fine grade recycled material for manufacturing different designs of sequins. This results in production of a seamless quality product range.
Custom Sequin Designs- Sequins manufactured by us are available in varying colours, sizes and shines. The sequins boast of smooth finish and a fine texture, and are made for a longer functional life. We are capable of customizing as per the customers designs. Our manufacturing experts can produce the sequins as per their specific demands, such as direct cutting or lamination with films of varying shines to get the intended results. This ensures the final cutting of recycled sequins is in consonance with customer orders.
Shimmer Panels: We have streamlined this labour intensive process to make our delivery times very short and can deliver huge orders in half the time that others take for large orders. We can also provide over 300 different color options in sequin panels compared to 10-20 colors that others can do.
